1. Use of the Service

3. On-Demand and Creative Services

For any ad creatives you order:

  • We provide creative assets “as-is.”
  • You retain all rights to your uploaded assets (logos, brand materials).
  • For generated assets, you receive a commercial license for your business use, subject to these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended artifacts.
  • You must review all deliverables before using them in campaigns.

We are not responsible for platform rejections, account bans, or performance issues caused by ad policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, systems, templates, and documentation belong to Suggerimente Srl / EducationAds.ai.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or replicate the Service or its components.

Generated creatives are licensed to you for your business use, subject to these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Required by law or security considerations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Advertising platform approvals

You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in fees for the Service in the last 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
